# How do you reach the SopWow team?

> **Quick answer:** Email hello@sopwow.com. It is the one address for product questions, Business plan inquiries, wholesale onboarding packs for AMS vendors and platforms, data-handling questions, and support and billing. Put the topic in the subject line and include the details listed on this page for your topic, so the first reply can answer the question instead of asking for more information. There is no phone line or contact form.

Everything goes to one inbox: **hello@sopwow.com**. A clear subject line helps it reach the right person. The sections below say what to include for each kind of question.

## What should you include with a product question?

Say what you are trying to document and where the work happens.

- The task or workflow you have in mind, in a sentence or two.
- The browser-based system it runs in, and whether any steps happen outside the browser (desktop software, remote desktop, phone, or paper).
- Whether you use Chrome or Edge, on Windows or Mac.

Many common questions already have short answers in [the SopWow FAQ](https://sopwow.com/faq).

## What should you include about the Business plan?

The Business plan is for teams approving a larger volume of SOPs each month, with knowledge-base bundles and onboarding help. Tell us:

- Roughly how many SOPs you expect to approve in a month, now and once you are under way.
- Which teams or locations will record.
- Where the finished SOPs will live (a wiki, a shared drive, a knowledge base).

Plan details and per-SOP rates are on [SopWow pricing](https://sopwow.com/pricing).

## What should AMS vendors and platforms include about wholesale onboarding packs?

Wholesale is for AMS vendors and platforms that onboard many agencies, priced per onboarded agency. Include:

- Your company and what you provide to agencies.
- Roughly how many agencies you onboard, and over what period.
- Which workflows new agencies most often need documented during onboarding or migration.
- Who on your side would own the program.

## What should you send before recording regulated data?

Write to us before recording any workflow that touches regulated data, such as patient, financial, or legal client information. Include:

- Your industry and the kind of data that appears on screen during the task.
- Any requirements your organization has for vendors, such as a questionnaire or a specific agreement.
- Who on your side reviews vendors.

Read [how SopWow handles client data](https://sopwow.com/security) first. It covers what the recorder captures, what is redacted in the browser, and what SopWow does not claim. SopWow claims no certifications, such as SOC 2 or HIPAA compliance, and is not a compliance tool.

## What should you include for support or billing?

For support:

- The email address on your SopWow account.
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Your browser (Chrome or Edge) and operating system.
- A screenshot, if it helps. Check it for client data before you send it.

For billing, include the account email and the plan you are on. Remember that only approved SOPs count toward a plan; drafts, rejected drafts, re-recordings, and edits never do.

## What happens after you write?

Messages go to the SopWow team, and replies come from hello@sopwow.com. If we need more detail, we will ask for it. Please do not send passwords, full client records, or other sensitive data by email.

## Ready to get in touch?

Email the team with your question and the details above, or start with your first free SOPs and ask along the way.
