Privacy

SOPWOW is built for workflows that touch personal and account data, so privacy is an architectural property, not a policy paragraph. The short version, which is also the true version:

• The recorder captures element descriptors — which button, which field — never the values typed into fields.
• Identifying data with a recognizable shape (SSNs, card and policy numbers, emails, phones, addresses) is redacted before any AI model, export, or sync sees the text.
• Screenshots stay on the machine that recorded them.
• Your workspace syncs SOP titles, step counts, and usage metering — not document contents — to power this portal and billing.
• You own your SOPs. Export them any time, in every format.
